Everything you need to create your character should be found on this template. There are links that supply additional information and some extra readings.

(Every character submitted must have a portrait. You're allowed to use an image of a character from an anime but, if you cannot get your hands on the image, then please feel free to use AI Generation. Meta supplies some great AI Generation tools that should allow you to generate an image for your character. Just put in the description of your character and generate it. If you need help with this, then please request assistance in the Graphics section of the forum.)

Gender: (Male or Female)
Age: (self-explanatory. Academy Students are typically between the ages of 6-12. Genin are usually between the ages of 10-15. Keep track of your characters age in case we do time skips. That being said, there are no limits to what age your character can be. Generally speaking, at the age of 100 most characters will die from old age.)
Birthday: Month Day, Era (We are Currently in Era 910. Example: June 3rd, Era 885)
NPCs: (if any. Link A single character can have up to three different NPCs.)

Basic Information
(This is information that anyone can figure out about your character just by looking at them. This is considered to be the first level of information.)

Skin Color: (Pale, Fair, White, Olive, Tan, Dark, Black, Red, Blue, Green, Orange, etc.)
Eye Color: (Can be any color. In the case of Ninja Clans with Dojutsu. Dojutsu eyes are something specific but, you should take note that their eye colors can change.)
Hair Color: (Can be any color. Just pick one or two?)
Height: (Can be any height. Make sure your height is in both metric units and imperial units. Use Google for conversion.)
Weight: (Can be any weight. Make sure your weight is in both metric units and imperial units. Use Google for conversion.)

Apperance: (Describe their clothing and overall appearance. For example, does this character have any facial scars, tattoos or markings? How do they style their hair? Do they wear any jewelry? Are they overweight or fat?)

Personality: (How this person acts in public or broad daylight. You can keep certain personality traits to yourself but, if you want to include how this person acts when nobody is around, then go ahead. Is this person stingy with money? Do they like spicy food? Perhaps they are very conservative or liberal? Are they mentally insane or just an overall cheerful person. Get creative. Your Character Personality is the key to playing them in this game.)

Geographical Information
(This is information that can only be gained through conversation with your character. This is the second level of information. Most of this information is kept secret unless known otherwise.)

Country of Origin: (Where were they born? Currently, the options are the Land of Birds, Land of Dogs, Land of Fire, Land of Dragons, and the Land of Tigers but, if you want your character to come from some distant land that isn't canon, go ahead. Be my guess. You can find more information of Shinobu in the World Map.)

Current Residence: (Where are they currently living? This can change over time.)

Class: (Ninja, Samurai, Bandit, Monk, Noble, Royalty. You can read up about Classes and Sub-Classes here.)

Sub-Class: (Commoner, Farmer, Knight, Assassin, Raider, Thief, Chef, Doctor, Judge, Shaman, Politician. You can read up about Classes and Sub-Classes here.)

Faction: (The Ninja Villages: Fuuma, Ookami, Shizuka, Ryuuga and Kaminari. The Syndicate or the Imperials. You can read up more about Factions here)

Faction Rank: (How high ranked is this Character within their Affiliation? Student, Genin, Chunin, Jounin, Kage. You begin as a Student for your first character. You can read up more about Faction Ranks here)

Backstory: (Your Character's background up until this point.)

Combat Abilities
(This is information that can be found out about your character through combat. This is the third level of information and by default, no one will know unless they have been in combat with your character.)

Clan: (if any. Not everyone has to come from a prestigious clan and not all clans are ninja clans. Your custom clan must be approved first.)

Bloodline Magic/Inner Demon: (Custom Bloodlines must be approved first before using. If you have a Bloodline Magic, then remove the part that says Inner Demon. If you have an Inner Demon, remove the part that says Bloodline Magic. You may not create characters with two Custom Bloodlines. Your character may have two Canon Special Affinity Bloodlines if those two Special Affinities have a Qi Element in common. For Example, Lava and Steam have Firebending in common.)

Primary Affinity: (As a Student put None. Unless you are apart of a Clan or specific Bloodline. This determines what Element you are best at and what Elements are super-effective against your character. When you become a Genin, you can begin Element Training which allows you to pick one. You may not pick Light or Darkness as a Primary Element.)

Special Affinity: (Does the user have a Special Affinity? This is usually from the use of Bloodline Magic. If so, list them but, if they don't, then place None.)

Mastered Affinities: (These are the different Elements that your character has mastered. This includes Special Affinities. You can read up more about Elements in Attributes and Magic.)

Specialization: (As a Student, you begin with no specialty. When you become a Genin, you can specialize and when you become a Chunin you can pick a specific specialty. The specialties are: Martial Arts (Taijutsu), Destruction Magic (Ninjutsu), Illusion Magic (Genjutsu), Weapon Skills (Bukijutsu) You can read more about Specialization here.)

Ryo: (How much money this character has. Students begin with 1000 Ryo)

Inventory (List all of the Items this character has. If you learn the Summoning Jutsu, you will be able to store more items in scrolls. You can list the amounts of all of the default items but, make sure to list to link any Custom Items. You can subtract the Ryo from default items you list from your character's Ryo on your own. You can find all of the default items in the Item Shop.)

(Students automatically begin with 10 Base HP and 5 Base Qi. Add this on top of the bonus you receive from your Attributes to determine your Health and Qi. You can have a maximum Base HP of 500 and a maximum Base Qi of 250. When starting a Genin character, they will have 50 Base HP and 25 Base Qi. When starting a Chunin character, they will have 100 Base HP and 50 Qi. When starting a Jounin character, they will have 150 Base HP and 75 Qi.)

Attributes - (Students have 10 Points to Start. Genin start with 20, Chunin start with 50 and Jounin start with 100. You automatically have 1 point in all Attributes but, this is not deducted from the Attribute points you begin with. The Maximum you can have in any Stat is 100. Martial Arts (Taijutsu): (For every point, gain 10 Health. This is how physical strong your character is, how fast or agile they are, and how much physical stamina they have.)
Destruction Magic (Ninjutsu): (For every point, gain 5 Qi. This is how much willpower and energy your character has. This is also their general understanding of Magic.)
Illusion Magic (Genjutsu): (For every point, gain 5 Qi. This is also how smart your character is and how great they are at defending against illusions, if they are not an Illusion Magic specialist.)
Weapon Skills (Bukijutsu): (For every point, gain 5 Health and 5 Qi. This is how great they are with weapons and how good they are at using different weapons.)

Health: (How much damage can you take?)
Qi: (How much energy do you have?)

Jutsu (The techniques you have mastered. There are no limit to the amount of techniques you can master. You only have to list the technique but, if it's a custom technique, make sure to link it back to the topic. You only have to Jutsu Train for techniques that are higher thank your Rank. If you meet the requirements for a Jutsu that is your rank, you won't have to train for that skill unless you're a Student in your Faction. Students begin with no Jutsu. Please list all techniques your character knows. You can find a list of canon Jutsu in the Jutsu Archives.)

Notable RPs (Only list RPs where you have had a Narrator give you additional Attribute Points or Base HP/Qi. This is to keep track of any increases to your character's abilities.)
