Situated on a storm-lashed tropical island, this village is a testament to survival and strength, where only the fiercest shinobi endure the relentless downpours and the ever-present threat of nature's wrath.

Built upon elevated stone terraces and reinforced wooden platforms, Raikou Village is designed to withstand the island's violent weather. Towering pagodas, adorned with golden tiger motifs, rise defiantly against the darkened skies, their banners whipping in the furious winds. Lightning crackles in the distance, illuminating the intricate carvings of warriors and beasts that line the walls of the imperial halls. Bridges and walkways connect the village's many districts, raised high above the jungle floor to avoid the frequent floods brought by the endless storms.

At the heart of the village lies the Tiger Lord's Office, an unyielding fortress where the Tiger Lord rules with unmatched strength. The citadel is a marvel of both architecture and raw power, its black stone walls charged with energy from the very storms that plague the land. Within its grand chambers, warriors gather to test their skill, strategists plot the next move, and only the boldest shinobi earn the right to stand before their ruler.

Beyond the imperial walls, the Thundering Wilds stretch across the island, a dense and untamed rainforest where the sound of rainfall never ceases. Towering trees with massive roots dominate the landscape, their canopies providing only the faintest shelter from the unrelenting sky. Beasts both mundane and mythical prowl the undergrowth, their glowing eyes visible in the gloom, while ancient ruins, half-buried beneath the jungle, whisper of lost secrets waiting to be uncovered.
