Apperance: Hizakura is a charming young man with shoulder-length pink hair and green eyes. He has looks that are very common within the Hizakura Clan. He is up to date with several fashion trends and often sports a long golden earring on his right ear. Like many in the Hizakura, he is very slender. He typically wears a pink or red gi with white pants that is very typically for the members of Shizuka Village.

Personality: Saikou is known for being a tad bit sassy. He often likes to make rude and vulgar jokes just to piss people off. He often has a habit of going on tangents. He doesn't like politics but, prefers to just do his mission and get his assignments over with. He typically makes jokes when people don't make an effective use of time or when people get lazy or go off task. He takes his job as a shinobi very serious.

Backstory: Saikou was a simple but, charming young lad of Shizuka Village. Like most children in Shizuka, he often took part in the festivals that are held every year. In one of the festivals, he was responsible to acrobatic entertainment one year while he was attending the Qi Academy. Like many of the children of Shizuka Village, he would often look up to the Sarukage in terms of guidance and leadership. Ever since he was a child, he was always known for being very handsome and good looking. He was definitely one of the favorite of the girls in the village.

As Saikou got older, he eventually graduated the Qi Academy and began to work as a professional shinobi of Shizuka Village. He would often do errands around the village, helping the elderly repair parts of their home and sometimes assisting the medical team in gathering herbs for special ointments and medicines. His first time during the Chunin Exam, it was a complete fail as he didn't get pass the first exam. During that year, he worked really hard and trained really well so that in the next Chunin Exam, he would get towards the second exam but, ultimately fail again. During the second exam, he managed to activate his Shakugan Bloodline Magic and was able to make it his specialty. By his third try, he managed to make it to the finals but, only lost during the final match. Due to his determination however, Saikou was allowed to move up to Chunin.

As time progressed, Saikou began to master his Shakugan. It was a unique Bloodline Magic that was found within Shizuka Village and the Land of Monkeys. He spent a lot of his free time studying the Shakugan, often taking good notes from his elders about past wars. He learned the secrets of the Shakugan and managed to master it's powers in a few years. Eventually, he became well known in the Hizakura Clan as a prominent Shakugan user. He was one of the top ranked Shakugan users and managed to master several jutsu.

Shortly after his time mastering the Shakugan, Saikou was given a high ranked mission that required him to infiltrate the Land of Birds. There was a rogue shinobi that held Eye Magic powers similar to his. When he arrived to the Land of Birds, he discovered that the previous leader of the Hizakura Clan was outcasted into the Land of Birds. It was also mentioned that the current leader of the Hizakura Clan went missing during a mission in the Land of the Birds. It was Saikou's duty to hunt down information about the whereabouts of the Hizakura Clan leader.

Upon arriving into the Land of Birds, Saikou got information about the previous Hizakura Clan member hidding in the Bamboo Forest. After tracking the previous leader down, it was discovered that the previous leader was performing a forbidden jutsu on the current leader. The current leader was unconscious as their life force was being sucked out of them. Saikou managed to cancel the forbidden jutsu using his knowledge of Sealing Magic. He then took down the previous clan leader and dispelled the Illusion Magic that was placed onto the current leader. Saikou also managed to outpower the previous leader's Shakugan in the middle of combat. The previous leader of the Hizakura was exterminated for good.

Saikou's mission lead to a victory, as he returned the leader of his clan back to Shizuka Village. Saikou was thanked for the success of his mission and as a reward was granted the rank of Jounin. Shortly after, instead of the current leader taking on Saikou in the middle of combat, he decided to step over and walked out of the Hizakura Clan in exile. It was somewhat of a clan tradition that when a new leader was selected, the other would leave the village in live in exile. Saikou always thought this was stupid and as the new leader, decided he would change this rule and allow the current leader to live within Shizuka.

By this point, Saikou had greatly matured. While still a fan favorite among the ladies in the village, he simply isn't thinking about settling down anytime soon. Many of the women personally don't know much about Saikou but, still often favor him due to his looks. Despite his sassy personality and vulgar language, he is still a favorite with the ladies of his village.

Currently, he is seen as one of the right hands of the Sarukage. The Sarukage had been serving his village since long before his birth. He is in debted to the village that spent so much time to raise him so that he would grow up strong. It is due to this loyalty to the village that he would never turn his back on them. He is also very well respected in the Hizakura Clan as their leader but, many of the members wished he would tone down on his language from time to time.
