Carved into the heart of the Ryuusei Village, deep within the rugged Land of Dragons, stands the Dragon Lord's Office—a fortress of wisdom, power, and unyielding authority. Nestled among jagged peaks and towering cliffs, this ancient stronghold looms over the land like a sleeping dragon, its very presence exuding the weight of history and the echoes of legends long past.

Built directly into the mountainside, the stronghold blends naturally with the terrain, its walls forged from black volcanic stone and reinforced with dragon-bone pillars said to have been unearthed from the depths of the land itself. The main hall is illuminated by glowing crystals embedded in the rocky interior, casting an ethereal blue glow that dances upon the cavernous ceiling. Waterfalls cascade from the cliffs above, their mist weaving through the stronghold like the breath of an ancient beast.

At the heart of the fortress lies the Council of Scales, a vast chamber where the Dragon Lord convenes with their most trusted strategists and warriors. A great circular stone table, engraved with the sigil of the dragon, dominates the room, its surface etched with battle plans, ancient wisdom, and territorial markings. Towering statues of past Dragon Lords stand against the walls, their eyes ever watching, a reminder that leadership is not a privilege but a burden to be carried with honor.

Beyond the main hall, treacherous stone pathways lead to hidden meditation chambers and training sanctuaries, where warriors sharpen their bodies and minds to become legends in their own right. The highest point of the stronghold, known as the Skyfang Peak, serves as a sacred ground for summoning rites, declarations of war, and the binding of unbreakable oaths beneath the ever-watchful gaze of the heavens.
