I'm starting to see the forum pick up a bit so I'll be a bit more active then usual. There's also a lot of things about this website that I need to finish as well. To everyone that are a little sensitive about your characters or just generally uneasy, feel free to post your characters anyway. We will help you out with your characters later and make them better. Naturally, we just want your character to fit our plot and timeline. Outside of this, there aren't many restrictions to characters.

Well, it's been a while since I posted here and as the Admin and Story creator, I feel a need to keep people up to date with the state of the forum. We have two new members sign-up for the website and that was awesome. We are still looking for new members as well as community leaders. We are always looking to expand on our world. Honestly, the plot for this forum was to start in a feudal time period and then end in a futuristic version of the ninja world that is similar to Boruto or even possibly Star Wars.

Regardless, thank you to anyone who views or takes action on the website. Everything you do helps support our project. I would like to see Shinobu - World of Ninja as more than just a roleplaying forum but, a community of roleplayers, anime fans, gamers and several other types of enthusiasts. Each member is an addition to the team. I congratulate all of you for helping this project grow. I'd like to see more from us as a community.

I'm also bending the rules a lot and finding better ways of making the forum better to RP and play with. For those of you open to sharing your opinion, ask yourself the question, "What kind of RP do you want Shinobu - World of Ninja to be?" If you have suggestions, feel free to express them. We are open to so many ideas.

Unless stated otherwise, this NPC may be used by Narrators for Quest Encounters. Your NPC will be moved to the NPCs archive of the forum. If you wish to make any changes to your NPC, make sure to leave a message in Template Changes and a Moderator will assist you with the appropriate changes. This NPC will become a part of the lore that forms that World of Shinobu. This NPC will be added to the Non-Player Character List, making it an official part of the lore.

I have officially converted our RP into a statless RP. At first when I started this RP, I based a lot of things on combat and I put a huge focus on combat. Now, it doesn't matter. I just want to focus on storybuilding and making some epic posts!

The real reason why I decided to do this is because there's already a Naruto RP with stats so I decided to make this RP statless. There's some basic indicators of strength such as Faction Rank and Power Rank but, for the most part, that's all. I also removed the stat requirements for Jutsu. I'm still working on Destruction Magic but, for the most part, there's no cost or effects for jutsu anymore. There's many different types of Destruction Magic, so it will take me a while to modify those templates. I also modified the Character Template and other templates within the Registration Desk. It has come to my apparent attention that people hate doing math which is crazy because, I've spent so much time programming that I forget this simple fact. So that's why I decided to tone things down and for now, I'm going

I took down the page for combat. I don't think there's any links that link back to the original topic. For right now, combat will be considered freeform. There aren't any rules to it, just be reasonible within the context of fighting. I shouldn't have to change rules unless these rules get abused. The whole point of me doign this is to allow more than just quests, training and fights into the RP. This will give people the freedom to build on different aspects of the RP, with the possibility of introducing romance and deeper plots.

There's some more updates that I have for Shinobu but, for now, this will be all.
