This is the template for custom Jutsu. Please make sure to search the archives for any similar Jutsu otherwise, they will not be approved. You are allowed to use any General or Village Custom Jutsu without the creator's permission. You can also use this template when submitting your Custom Clans or Custom Bloodlines Jutsus.

You are allowed to be as creative as you want when it comes to making custom Jutsu. Jutsu should also not be a string of combos that combine other Jutsu unless it's a form of Martial Arts or Weapon Skills. Generally speaking, you are allowed to create any technique you may have seen from a Shounen anime. This includes Ichigo Kurosaki's Getsuga Tenshou, Yusuke Urameshi's Spirit Gun, Inuyasha's Wind Scar, Son Goku's Kamehameha or Gojo Satoru's Hollow Purple. If you don't know any of these characters, then feel free to Google search them. This is why we have made the forum more general, in-order to incorporate different elements from different anime outside of Naruto while still keeping the ninja-theme.

Requirements: Stats, Class, Village, Specialization, etc. There can also be no requirements if necessary.
Description: (What does the jutsu look like in third person view? If it is a Ninjutsu, what hand seals does it require? If it's a Taijutsu, what fighting stance does the user take? If it is Genjutsu, how does the illusion look? Do not explain the process of what the user does to their chakra but instead, just describe how the jutsu looks and more what it does.)

Effect: (What does it do? If it only deals damage, delete this section.)

Cost: E = 1-5, D = 5-10, C = 10-20, B = 40-50, A = 60-75, S = 100 Qi (Remember, the more Qi is costs, the more damage it does. By default it has to be the higher amount based on it's Rank.)

Jutsu Class Explanation

General Jutsu/Skill - A jutsu everyone can use without any special permission. If it is a General Skill, then this is not necessarily a Jutsu used for combat but, rather a technique meant for training.  Please specific if it is a Skill or Jutsu. Examples: Bunshin No Jutsu (Clone Jutsu), Kawarimi No Jutsu (Substitution Jutsu)

Village Jutsu - A jutsu that anyone from a specific village or faction can perform. It's sort of a secret jutsu or signature technique from a village.

Clan Jutsu - A jutsu that only certain members of a Clan may use. Examples: Baika No Jutsu (Expansion Jutsu), Kage Mane No Jutsu (Shadow Manipulation Jutsu)

Bloodline Jutsu - A jutsu that only ninja with special Bloodlines may use. Examples: Amaterasu, Tsukuyomi.

Secret Jutsu - A jutsu that a ninja keeps a secret, even to his own comrades. Primarily because the jutsu is dangerous to himself or the people around him. Most secret techniques are also usually forbidden. And should only be used under difficult circumstances. Examples: Edo Tensei (Reanimation Jutsu), Rasen Shuriken

Signature Jutsu - A jutsu that is unique to the user. By default, they are all A-Rank or S-Rank Jutsu. You will need to create a signature Jutsu to become a Jounin in most factions. You will also need permission from the creator of this jutsu to use. In most cases, the character that created this jutsu must teach it directly to the next user. Examples: Rasengan, Chidori.
