Isolated in the heart of a vast, storm-wracked ocean, Kaminari Village stands defiantly against the relentless tempests that define its existence. Nestled within the dense jungles of a tropical island, the village is a sanctuary of both beauty and danger—where towering palm trees sway under darkened skies, and the scent of rain-soaked earth lingers in the air. Thunderclouds gather almost daily, their deep rumbles a constant reminder of the island's untamed power, while flashes of lightning illuminate the misty horizon.

The village itself is built to withstand nature's fury, with reinforced wooden structures and intricate drainage systems guiding the endless rainfall into winding canals. Elevated walkways connect homes and training halls, allowing villagers to move freely even as the ground becomes slick with rain. Bioluminescent moss and glowing lanterns cast an eerie blue light during the storms, giving the village an almost otherworldly glow amidst the downpour.
